SPINACH SMOOTHIE

Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup (375 ml) fresh spinach
1 1/2 cup (375 ml) mango
2 cups of (500 ml) water
1 cup (250 ml) pineapple
1/2 avocado
2 servings of iNControTM


Instructions

Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.

STRAWBERRY OATMEAL BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) soy milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) rolled oats
1 banana, cut into chunks
14 strawberries
1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons (13 ml) white sugar
2 servings of iNControTM


Instructions

In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries with iNControTM. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

STRAWBERRY ORANGE COCONUT SMOOTHIE

Servings: 1

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups (625 ml) strawberries, hulled
1 orange, peeled
1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut milk
1 serving of iNControTM
4 ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

Place the strawberries, orange, coconut milk, iNControTM and ice cubes in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

SUMMERTIME WATERMELON SMOOTHIE

Servings: 4

Ingredients

2 cups (500 ml) chopped seedless watermelon
1 cup (250 ml) strawberries
1 cup (250 ml) plain low-fat yogurt
4 servings of iNControTM
A handful of ice

Blend it all together and enjoy!

TRIPLE TREAT FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 kiwi, sliced
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup (125 ml) blueberries
1 cup (250 ml) strawberries
1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes
1/2 cup (125 ml) orange juice
1 8 oz container (250 ml) peach yogurt
4 servings of iNControTM


Instructions

In a blender, blend the kiwi, banana, blueberries, strawberries, ice, orange juice, iNControTM and yogurt until smooth.
