MONGOLIAN STRAWBERRY-ORANGE JUICE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup (250 ml) orange juice
10 cubes ice
1 tablespoon (5 g) sugar
4 servings of iNControTM

Instructions

In a blender, combine strawberries, orange juice, iNControTM, ice cubes and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

PAPAYA SURPRISE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup (125 ml) sliced fresh strawberries
1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
2 servings of iNControTM
15 ice cubes


Instructions

In a blender, blend the papaya, banana, strawberries, milk, sugar, iNControTM and ice cubes until smooth.

PEACH AND HONEY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

410g can peach slices in juice, drained
3/4 cup (185 ml) reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt
2 teaspoons (10 ml) honey
1 cup (250 ml) reduced-fat milk
2 servings of iNControTM


Instructions

Blend peach, yoghurt, honey, iNControTM and milk together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

2 bananas, cut into chunks
2 cups (500 ml) milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) peanut butter
2 tablespoons (10 g) honey, or to taste
2 cups (500 ml) ice cubes
4 servings of iNControTM


Instructions

Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey, iNControTM and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

PURPLE MONSTROSITY FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
1/2 cup (125 ml) blueberries
1 cup (250 ml) orange juice
4 servings of iNControTM
1 tablespoon (5 g) honey (optional)
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

Place bananas, blueberries, iNControTM and juice in a blender, puree. Use honey and/or vanilla to taste. Use more or less liquid depending on the thickness you want for your smoothie.
