GREEN PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 ml) vanilla yoghurt
1/2 cup (125 ml) orange juice
1/2 cup (125 ml) pineapple
1 serving of iNControTM

Instructions

Mix the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

KIWI STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 banana
6 strawberries
1 kiwi
1/2 cup (125 ml) vanilla frozen yogurt
3/4 cup (175 ml) pineapple and orange juice blend
2 servings of iNControTM


Instructions

Place the banana, strawberries, kiwi, vanilla frozen yogurt, Appethyl® and juice blend in a blender. Blend until smooth.

LOVELY MELON SMOOTHIE

Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) of unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
3 1/2 oz. (100 g) galia melon, roughly chopped into chunks
2 1/2 oz. (75 g) cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped into chunks
a couple of mint sprigs, leaves removed
2 tablespoons (30 ml) plain yogurt
2 servings of iNControTM


Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender, mix and drink.

MANGO SMOOTHIE

Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 mango, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1 cup (250 ml) orange juice
1 cup (250 ml) non-fat yogurt, vanilla flavour
2 servings of iNControTM


Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

MANGO, ALMOND AND HONEY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 mango
400 ml skim milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) low-fat natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons (10 g) almond meal
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Manuka honey
2 servings of iNControTM
ice cubes

Instructions

Peel and chop mango and place in a blender with skim milk, low-fat natural yoghurt, almond meal, manuka honey, iNControTM and a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
