APPLE BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup (125 ml) orange juice
1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
2 servings of iNControTM

Instructions

In a blender, combine frozen banana, orange juice, apple, iNControTM and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

APRICOT-MANGO MADNESS SMOOTHIE

Servings: 2

Ingredients

6 apricots, peeled, pitted, and chopped
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup (250 ml) reduced-fat milk or plain low-fat yogurt
4 teaspoons (20 ml) fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) vanilla extract
8 ice cubes
Lemon peel twists for garnish
2 servings of iNControTM


Instructions

Place the apricots, mangoes, milk or yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla extract and iNControTM in a blender. Process for 8 seconds. Add the ice cubes, and process 6 to 8 seconds more, or until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with lemon twists, and serve immediately.

BREAKFAST ON THE GO

Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/3 cup (80 ml) reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt
1 wheat cereal biscuit, crushed
1 medium banana, chopped
1 cup (250 ml) pineapple juice
1 serving of iNControTM


Instructions

Blend or process yoghurt, biscuit, banana, iNControTM and pineapple juice until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass. Serve.

CHAMOMILE, PEACH AND GINGER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 chamomile tea bag
1/2 cup (125ml) low-fat or soy milk
1 peach, skinned, stone removed
1 teaspoon (5 ml) grated fresh ginger
1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) wheatgerm (optional)
1 serving of iNControTM


Instructions

Place teabag in a cup, cover with 1/3 cup (80ml) boiling water. Cool, remove bag and place tea in blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.

1 tablespoon (5 g) chocolate syrup
1 cup (250 ml) milk
1 cup (250 ml) crushed ice
1 serving of iNControTM


Instructions

In a blender, combine banana, chocolate syrup, iNControTM, milk and crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
